Opening Day, Sept. 2, 2011!

The Marshall W. Alworth Planetarium re-opens on Friday, Sept. 2, 2011, after an extensive renovation. The planetarium now features a Full-dome Theater, Digital Lighting, Surround Sound, Laser Shows, and more. Join us during the month of September as we unveil our new science theater with:
- Laser shows
- Full-dome theater shows
- FREE public shows Wednesdays and Fridays at 7pm - Special shows added to the schedule to give audience members an enhanced full-dome experience for a small fee.
